Cash on delivery orders are shipped after address verification. Usually takes 1 day.

Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 1-4 business days for metros and 4-7 business days for other areas. Keep in mind, delivery times may vary due to factors like your location and any disruptions like holidays or bad weather. Unavoidable circumstances might delay the delivery in certain areas.

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unboxing video is mandatory for the return, refund or exchange to be accepted.

For Cash On Delivery order customer needs to provide bank detail or UPI to get back the refund amount.

Once your order is processed, we'll email or WhatsApp you a tracking number. You can use this number or the tracking URL provided in the email to keep an eye on your shipment.
